Trek Tents Guarantee
At Trek Tents, we believe in the products we sell, and in the manufacturers who make them.That is why we will exchange, repair, or replace any gear found to be defective from the manufacturer within ONE (1) year of purchase. We cannot replace or exchange lost or stolen merchandise. Please follow the instructions in the Trek Tents Return Policy, and we will do our best to get you back outdoors as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with our product within the first year just contact us and we will start the return process for a refund.

Trek Tents Return Policy
At Trek Tents, customer satisfaction is our primary focus. If you don’t like what you bought from Trek Tents, send it back. We will replace your merchandise, exchange it for something else, or refund it. All merchandise in re-sellable condition may be returned for a refund within one year of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within one year of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturer's warranty together with your Trek Tents sales receipt and invoice.
When returning merchandise to Trek Tents, please call or email us so that we may issue you a return authorization number (RA #). Please wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS/FedEx. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted and will be refused. Please include a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. Trek Tents will refund or prepay postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.
All merchandise manufactured by Trek Tents is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for first (12) months of the life of the product. During this warranty period, Trek Tents will repair or replace, at Trek Tents' sole option, free of charge, any defective part returned with shipping charges prepaid to the Distribution center listed below. Please include the model number of the product, original date of purchase and the nature of the problem. Merchandise not returned prepaid will be refused. Warranty service will vary depending upon the availability of parts and the work load.
All implied warranties with respect to Trek Tents' merchandise, including implied warranties of merchantability and implied warranties for fitness, are limited in duration for (12) months. Our warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance or any repairs other than those made by Trek Tents. There are no obligations or liabilities on the part of Trek Tents for consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other indirect damages with respect to loss of revenues or profit.

Refunds & Exchanges
For purchases made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund, which will appear on your credit card statement. Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be re-billed.
Shipping and Handling
We offer shipping to the continental United States via UPS Ground or FedEx. You should get a quote for shipping during checkout. Please contact Trek Tents for information regarding expedited or international shipping.
Trek Tents is not responsible for breakage or any other kind of damage sustained in transit even if the container does not show any signs of damage. Trek Tents' containers have been designed in accordance with the specifications of public carriers.
Open cartons immediately upon arrival and inspect contents carefully. In case of breakage or damage, note it on the delivery ticket. Call the carrier's freight inspector and request that he examine the cartons and their contents. DO NOT refer any damage claims to Trek Tents.
